We rocked during the “Newbuild Awards Costa del Sol 2022”!

Otero Group emerged as the winner in several categories within the “Newbuild Awards Costa del Sol 2022” during the ceremony held at SIMED 2202 (Mediterranean Real Estate Exhibition) at FYCMA, Malaga.

Otero Group was awarded in several of these categories, thus recognising the trajectory of several of our companies and projects that have reached the top positions in the market and that have also received public recognition. Among these awards we can highlight:

The awards have had a great journey since their launch in April 2022, when public voting was opened for 2 months on the awards website to establish the top 3 finalists in each category. In June 2022 the Finalists were announced and after they have submitted their candidacies, the prestigious jury committee, including Costa del Sol Town Planning Councilors and presidents of associations, has been evaluating the submissions.

Mr. Andrés Ruiz León, Town Planning Councilor of Mijas, in his opening speech at the awards, highlighted the importance of this platform and encouraged more public bodies to participate in private projects aimed at improving the quality of services and products in the sector real estate, thus together also improving the image and investment in the local economy.

The motto of the awards is to be totally independent and transparent, which are awarded exclusively on the merit and effort of the participating companies, without any commercial purpose in terms of their format and structure.
