Finalists of the “New Build Property Awards 2022”

On June 30th, the online public voting closed, after receiving thousands of votes over 2 months, to define the top 3 companies and projects with the most nominations in each category and Otero Group are finalists in the majority of categories within the awards.

For this reason, on Tuesday, July 12th, the event to present all the finalists of the New Build Awards 2022 took place in the fabulous Pacaso office, located on the Marbella Golden Mile, in front of the Marbella Club Hotel.

The Awards, known as “The Oscars of the New Construction Sector“, with their 11 categories and criteria, provide companies with the opportunity and a basis to reflect on the aspects that investors and buyers value. The objectives of the New Build Property Awards Costa del Sol are:

• Establish a platform to analyze, promote and improve the standards requested by customers.

• Establish key criteria for the sector from the perspective of the client and the agency

• Introduce a guide to facilitate the decisions of buyers and investors

• Celebrate and highlight companies of excellence

• Ultimate objective – to optimize the market and the quality and quantity of investment on the Costa del Sol.
