Kensington’s objective in Spain is to become one of the market leaders in mainland Spain. On the peninsula, Kensington works in Andalusia, Madrid and Barcelona, ​​and has been in the Balearic Islands for a long time. Hotel investors in Mallorca, who are rooted there, seek investment on the Costa del Sol.
